Take time to read the job description and learn about the team. This will help you better understand what we aim to achieve and our expectations of you. Be prepared to share what you can bring to the table. Also, make sure that you are excited to learn about and take on the role!

The typical hiring process at Transcelestial

01. Exploratory interview

A short open discussion with one of our recruiters to assess your overall fit with the role and the company.

02. Technical assessment

An in-depth assessment of your skills. Usually in the form of a practical scenario: Coding exercises, business plan, case studies…

03. Team fit interview

An opportunity to meet the team, with a focus on “EQ” and interpersonal skills. We both see if the way we work is a match.

04. Founder meet-up

This may be an in-depth discussion about how you plan to execute the role or a shorter, open discussion across more general topics. Either way, it is a great opportunity to learn more about the company and address any questions you may have directly to one of our co-founders!
